Honestly this place is just A-OK. You know I have had some really great bbq here in Spokane, so I am kind of a snob about my smoked meats. I think that they have a great price point and a large space to eat and so forth - I also think that there is a decent lunch buffet as well. I do however believe that there is better tasting and more flavorful bbq here in Spokane. The wait was not bad, the service was alright and the food was ok. Longhorn has a pretty good catering menu though as well. If you are looking to splurge on amazing bbq though, there are other spots. But this was a good place for the price.

We truly looked forward to coming here for dinner while staying at a neighboring hotel. We were soooooo disappointed! After a very long drive we were tired and hungry and really looking forward to an authentic bbq dinner!
We waited quite awhile and we ordered a brisket sandwich and a hamburger, both with fries. They were both brought to us Luke warm, the fries were not cooked all the way through and cold. The brisket sandwich was an embarrassment to any establishment! A pathetic soggy bun, no sauce, no condiments or coleslaw, about 3 tablespoons of chopped brisket, a super thin piece of cheese all for a big price! The owner should be embarrassed by the presentation of this sandwich!
While I did speak to the manager about their cold uncooked food we were offered ice cream as a consolation. I'm allergic to ice cream so he agreed to take one meal off.
I wish I could say I will be back, but probably not. I absolutely love good barbecue but it is not here :(. -

Being from the South, we were hopeful, after all it's named Longhorn BBQ. Well, our hopes faded fast. We had the ribs and the beef and pork plate. I don't think any of the meat EVER touched a grill. I think all of it was oven baked. It all had a very unpleasant liquid smoke taste. It left a horrible aftertaste in your mouth. We know good BBQ and this was severely lacking. I will say that the baked potatoes and corn bread were really good....but, we were there for BBQ! The restaurant itself is kind of dark and grungy, too. If you're a fan of great BBQ, this is NOT it.

Service was awful, ordered the all you can eat buffet, went to get some food there was nothing but salad stuff, waited and waited for them to refill the buffet and they brought out hardly anything! was a waste of $14.95.....never again!

For $25 I received unseasoned steak fries... not even salt was on them. A 8 oz steak that also had no seasoning. A piece of kale and a generic steakhouse salad. The server was nice but didn't really go above and beyond and no the place isn't busy... it's dead to the point where a funeral parlor is more lively.
